Our Staff are highly qualified individuals that have been through a rigorous hiring process which includes a background check for the ultimate protection of your student. Through this process, it is determined if they qualify to be a Tutor for our company. They are required to have a degree, show teaching abilities through mock lessons, have a love for children and wanting to help them succeed, and to help our Country have educated, successful citizens. We want to ensure you that the tutors working with your student are capable, engaging, and prepared to provide top-notched education. A short biography of each Tutor is included by their picture which will highlight his/her subjects/grade level they are willing to tutor. We will never ask our tutors to teach something they aren’t proficient in to ensure achievement. We highly encourage you to rate our Tutors so we can continuously monitor their skills and ensure the highest quality of supplemental education for your student. Each Tutor is required to attend on-going training and will be evaluated periodically for continued employment.
