For about $2.60/day, your student can receive a group of classes each month! That’s only $80.00/month through auto-withdrawal.  A single, individual tutoring session from a tutor, NOT in our program, could easily cost you $30-$100+.  The SUBSCRIPTION rate of $80.00/month allows your student multiple opportunities for assistance.  You can sign your student up for a different package each month which gives you a designated amount of each type of class and time available.

The initial package of classes will be chosen during the REGISTRATION process. You will have six (6) different packages to choose from and can change from month to month. If you want to change your current package, you will need to notify ABCaTutor ™ through the CONTACT US form, with the package you want for the next month (A, B, C, D, E, or F – see below). NOTE:  You must contact us 7 days prior to end of the month to change you package for the next month.  Contact less than 7 days, will incur a $10.00 Administrative Fee.

If you would like to continue with the same package as the current month, you don’t need to do anything as the current package will be automatically applied to your account (and charged through CHIME). You will receive a receipt for your auto-payment.

SUBSCRIPTIONS can be cancelled or changed to a ‘pay-as-you-schedule’ plan, by the 15th of the prior month through the CONTACT US form. There will be no refund promised by the next month’s payment due date if the notice is received after the 15th.  If you are charged, a refund will be processed within 14 days of the payment or if you wish, applied to your account for future classes.

The other two options are ONE-ON-ONE and GROUP CLASSES.  These classes are on an as-needed basis and can be scheduled anytime.

  • One-on-One: Your student will receive tutoring and be the only student in the class.
  • Group: Your student will receive instruction in a class of up to 10* students on the same level and skill.
  • You will need to completely fill out the CONTACT US form.

  • Last minute, no-show, or cancelled class fees apply to all SUBSCRIPTIONS
  • Refunds for unused classes will ‘NOT’ be refunded or rolled over to the next month.
  • Payment is auto-withdrawn on the 1st of each month.
  • If you would like to change your original package, simply send the CONTACT US form with the information filled in. This change needs to be sent at least 7 days prior to the end-of-the-month to ensure the change can be accomplished for the next month.

*The number of students can be increased due to the teaching abilities of each tutor individually.

    I authorize ABC a Tutor ™ to charge $80.00 on the first (1st) day of each month until I cancel, to the credit card provided herein. I agree to pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. I understand that this credit card will be charged a reoccurring fee of $80.00 per month on the first day of the month, unless special circumstances are required for another date. This must be requested through the CONTACT US form and confirmed by the Administration. I authorize this reoccurring, monthly fee and any other fees incurred associated with the details of the program agreement with the use of this payment method. I understand that if my credit card is declined, I will be charged a $20.00 no payment fee. My typed signature is implied consent with the contract agreement to these terms.
